Activation issues FAQ

  • Use the same email address you used during checkout.
  • Check spam/junk for license emails from osrsfliphub@gmail.com.
  • Paste the key into the Activate page without extra spaces.

Lost key self-serve

  1. Search your inbox for your FlipHub license email.
  2. Open Profile to check your active access details.
  3. Use Activate to apply your key.
  4. If still blocked, submit the form with your purchase email and approximate purchase date.
