Flip Finder FAQ
Short answers to common questions about how recommendations are built.
How are items picked?
We rank items by profitability, liquidity, and risk based on your bank size, risk filter, minimum profit, and result count.
How are units calculated?
Suggested units are sized from your bank, available GE slots, and liquidity so the position is practical to fill.
What does Fill % mean?
It shows how much of recent volume you'd need to capture at the suggested size, so lower is easier to fill.
Why do prices sometimes look capped?
We smooth obvious spikes so recommendations aren't dominated by short-lived anomalies.
Why don't I see stale items?
Flip Finder only shows items where both latest buy and latest sell are within the last hour.
What does ROI mean here?
ROI is MARGIN X SUGG. UNITS relative to the GP you'd spend on the suggested position size.
How fresh is the data?
Prices auto-refresh every 60 seconds while you're active on this page.
Why is a "low risk" item still risky?
Risk is a warning signal, not a guarantee, and market behavior can change quickly.
Can I trust MARGIN X LIMIT?
It is calculated as after-tax margin multiplied by GE limit from current cached prices, not a guaranteed fill outcome.
