• Session data: cookies that keep you signed in and remember preferences.
• Trial and anti-abuse data: IP address, user-agent, and a device fingerprint stored in cookies or local storage.
• Plugin data: device ID, device name, plugin version, session tokens, and trade event data (item IDs, prices, quantities, timestamps, and world).

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in (up to 30 days) and a device fingerprint cookie ("device_fp") with local storage as backup for trial enforcement. You can clear cookies or local storage in your browser settings. This may sign you out or affect trial eligibility.

5. Data Storage

Account, license, trial, plugin, and bookmark data are stored in our PostgreSQL database. Payment details are processed by Stripe and PayPal, and email communications are delivered by our SMTP email provider. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Data Retention

• Account, license, and bookmark data are retained while your account remains active.
• Email verification codes expire after 15 minutes.
• Trial and anti-abuse data are retained as needed to enforce limits and protect the service.
• Payment records are maintained by Stripe and PayPal. We may keep transaction references needed to verify access, billing status, or resolve disputes.
• Support emails are retained in our support mailbox as needed to resolve issues.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run FlipHub OSRS (for example, Stripe, PayPal, and our email provider), or when required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures, including bcrypt password hashing and HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in countries where we or our providers operate. By using FlipHub OSRS, you consent to these transfers.

You can access and update your account details, manage bookmarks, or request deletion by contacting support. We will respond to reasonable requests within a practical timeframe.

2. License and Access

Access to premium features requires a valid license. Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe or PayPal based on your selected billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Stripe or PayPal subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; your current paid period remains active until its end date. By starting checkout, you authorize these recurring charges. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Any applicable taxes or payment-provider fees are handled by Stripe or PayPal at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse trials, automate access, or attempt to bypass limits.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use FlipHub OSRS in a way that violates applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

FlipHub OSRS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipHub OSRS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
